- What does Rense do?
- Rense is an AI sales coach and CRM for field sales teams. It lets reps record and transcribe sales conversations, practice with lifelike AI avatars, and get coached on how to advance each deal.
- How do recordings and transcripts work?
- When you record a conversation, Rense securely stores the audio and generates a transcript so it can be reviewed and used to coach the deal. You control what you record, and you can delete recordings and transcripts at any time.
- How do I delete my data or close my account?
- You can delete individual recordings and transcripts from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email info@rense.ai from your account address and we'll process the request.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect, how it's used, and the processors that help us run the service.
